Review: I use a Wacom tablet on a daily basis and the nib of the stylus quickly wears down, eventually forming a point and scratching the surface of the tablet. There are three spares inside the stylus, but of course these get used up quickly, and replacements are required, which is where these come in. Check which nibs you need for your stylus first. Different tablets require different nibs, and these ones are fine for the "normal" tablets, such as the Intuos (which I use). The package is just a plastic bag attached to some card, so it's a case of open the bag, remove an old nib and throw it away, then push a new one in and away you go. For small pieces of plastic this is a bit expensive, but if you need them, you need them, and a pack of five should last a good while.
