Review: After comparing several different pan sets and reading both the positive and negative reviews we decided to go with the Tower Freedom collection. And .... absolutely delighted with the purchase. Love the ability to remove the handles and place the pans directly into an oven - obviously ease of storing also. I have to say this is one of the best pans I have used to make pancakes. Very very little veg oil is required ... just a bit on some paper towel and a quick wipe. I would suggest some silicone tools to reduce the risk of scratching the coating. We have chucked our wooden ones away. Again, delighted with the purchase and the packaging was also first class with no damage.
