Review: I use this to drive three 24" hdmi monitors from one DisplayPort v1.2. It works really well and meant I did not have to upgrade to DisplayPort monitors when I bought a new PC. It gets a little warm but I assume that's normal. It gives off a very faint mains hum kind of sound. The noice is hardly noticable but might be annoying if it was on in a bedroom at night.
