Review: Once you understand how to select the right mode for type of soup required it works very well. The instructions are not 100% clear ! I had to have several attempts to start the soup making but once understood it worked very well. However it makes soup making very easy, easy to use, worth putting a little oil in the base before each use to avoid sticking and this makes cleaning so easy. Watch out for filling over the "max" line as not so easy to spot it as not clearly defined inside the jug. Overall I am very pleased with the Salters Soupmaker and have bought another for my daughter for Christmas !!

Review: First order was lost in transit, seller swiftly sent another which arrived within a few days but the mode button didn't work and there were no instructions. Disappointed with product but seller refunded very quickly and kept good communication going throughout.
