Review: I’ve had this microwave 3 years and tbh I would have given it 5 stars. Over the last week, one of the buttons has started pressing itself, intermittently at first, now it’s as though someone has their finger on the button, it’s so bad that it’s interrupting the programme and the microwave won’t start. Turning off doesn’t reset and I rang RH ‘product advice line’ and they said there’s no way to turn the beeping off and the ‘advice’ was to keep it switched off. This is the first modern microwave I’ve owned, all my past microwaves have been ones I ended up with from uni, big old things with a dial and no buttons. Lasted 20 years or more with not an issue. This brand new one that cost me over £100 has stopped working within 3 years. Don’t buy it, Russel Hobbs couldn’t care less - my advice - don’t buy a microwave with buttons!
