Review: Without the stand that's supposed to be included with the EM50 expansion module, and a unique retention screw that's used to attach it to a Polycom VVX450 Phone, the EM50 expansion module is not usable. The product description claiming a complete and fully functional item was wrong. Poly[com] support was horrible, deliberately stalling through several attempts to obtain the missing parts. Poly claimed that the products purchased new through Amazon were already out of warranty, then demanded invoices, purchase orders, and support contract numbers just to be difficult.
