Review: My 8yo child walks to and from school alone. I bought this so he could phone me once at school, and when leaving. The battery tends to last a little under 2 weeks if left switched on all the time. If you want your child to have a means of contacting you when away, would recommend. This is good, it's not a smartphone so they won't have internet etc. and doesn't need to be charged every day like a smartphone. We just charge it on the weekend takes about 1.5 hours and good to go for the next week. The user interface is easy to use, took only a couple minutes to add phone numbers to the contacts list. He finds it easy to use, been using it since he was 7.

Review: It doesn't support to show non-latin alphabets (unicode characters) that is kind of shame in these days. I returned it and waiting for refund
