Review: It's good. Don't get me wrong, it was a huge performance upgrade over what I previously had installed. Installation itself was an absolute doddle - 5 minutes and I was basking in some seriously pretty Skyrim scenery at a frame rate my old card would have choked on. The issue is price, and having seen the mixed reviews and profit forecasts from Nvidia, I think they need to take a step back, look at the big picture and stop looking only as far ahead as the next corporate bonus target. For a straight 3060 (not even a 30 series super) the outlay is steep. You can blame the bitcoin miners, covid, scalpers and whatnot, but in the end the card (and most graphics cards at the moment) are not good value for money. Yes, it'll supercharge your game, but you may be using single ply toilet roll for a long time to make up for the cost.
