Review: A friend of mine bought this bag and I was amazed at how much such this small looking backpack could hold. I was so impressed I bought one myself to act as a laptop bag/cabin bag for a forthcoming long haul trip. What I had not realised until I had bought it, was the exceptional design features of this bag. The design of the back pack is exceptional 1. It is designed to stand on a type of base so does not fall over or rollover. This keeps the contents safe from breakage 2. The back support has a moveable rest and it is amazing, as it stops lower back ache 3. The quality of materials used in its construction are superlative. I believe this is military grade nylon, so is very tough 4. The straps, cushion the bag on the shoulders and so prevents sore, scratched shoulders from the straps 5. The amount the bag holds is incredible. It fits a laptop upto 16 inches and a whole lot more 6. It comes with a lifetime guarantee I adore this bag and I think it is better than anything my friends have bought from any of the Swiss manufacturers. It is simply exceptional in all departments and best of all, it costs a lot less buying it from Amazon, than any other on-line seller I can find. Brilliant and highly recommended.

Review: This bag has a very good design, good number and size of pockets etc. And the laptop compartment is very well padded. But I have two problems with it. 1) The adjustable lumbar support doesn't stay in the right position. That is, there are 4 possible positions for it, but when I try to put it in either of the bottom two, it jumps up to one of the top ones while I'm wearing the bag. This is *really* annoying, because it means that it switches from being correctly adjusted for my back, to being really uncomfortable. 2) This is the *least* waterproof rucksack I have ever encountered. After 10 mins out in the rain, even when partly sheltered by the umbrella, the rain has got in through all the zips, so that the small front pocket is soaked through, the middle pocket is soaked to halfway down, and the bottom of the main compartment is also soaked through. Luckily, the only non-wet bit seems to be the laptop compartment (partly because of the overhang of the top zip, and partly because the laptop compartment suspends the laptop slightly above the very bottom of the rucksack). But it is still incredibly inconvenient that I cannot put anything delicate in the very front or in the top of the middle compartment, and that anything in the bottom of the main compartment gets soaked, including books.
