Review: Somewhat surprisingly the print head went u/s on my A3 printer - not too impressed by this given the printer is not that old and lifespan of printheads is said to be pretty well for the life of the printer! However, had to buy one and the service and price for this item was excellent - fixed the problem

Review: The cartridge was delivered without the external cardboard packaging and with the expiration date on the foil packaging scratched out. Sure enough, when opening I discovered that the print head was out of warranty. I don't have an issue with it being out of date if I'm told that's what I'm buying but in this case I've been intentionally mislead that I was buying an in date printhead. That's dishonest.
