Review: This simple part changed my pc from an 10 year old put of the times bucket to the underdog with a fighting chance. The speed of Internet and range of both WiFi and Bluetooth is amazing, better than phones, couldn't live without it

Review: It all works without installing any drivers. I feel like maybe the antenna connections would have been better being soldered to the board, rather than just screwed to the backplate. If they come loose when screwing on the antenna you could end up with them turning and probably pulling the connections off the ends that connect to the card. However, if you ever need to replace the connections, you can with them being designed this way. They do seem to be on there pretty tight, I'm just being careful not to over tighten the antenna cables. I'm not sure how I feel about the internal USB socket. It's a good idea to not waste a USB (if you can make use of an internal USB), but they could have just made the bluetooth connection single width, then you could still use the other USB on the motherboard header for a memory card reader, or even offset it for a single FP_USB. I guess it avoids confusion on which way round to plug it in this way. The antenna seems cheap and the cable is only really long enough to put it on top of the tower. It would be nice if it was a bit longer so I could get it on my desk. I may replace it with a pair of antenna directly on the back of the card. The main reason I bought this was because it comes with an Intel 9260. It's a good price for a complete kit. If you already have an M.2 WiFi card you may want to consider the Fenvi M.2 WiFi Card to PCIe 1X Adapter. It has soldered antenna connections and comes with antennas and bluetooth USB cable also
