Review: Great product, easy to install and is super silent. We use it daily with no issues and it has plenty of room. Took me a minute to find the power button as its on the inside of the machine. Loads if different settings and is good on power and water consumption.

Review: At first we loved this dishwasher. The fast program did an excellent job of cleaning the dishes in about half an hour. The build quality is very flimsy. After 10 months the rince arm fell off! I'm a seasoned DIYer, but I couldn't see anyway of fitting it back on. Amazon was the direct seller so I approached them to repair it. They said they would send an engineer out and I waited nearly 3 months for someone to come out despite numerous calls to Amazon. Following the calls I would get a text from a number that said 'Your repair job has been entered into our system.' I'm sorry to say, that is all the help you get. Amazon's customer service process is dreadful! It is geared up to deal with smaller items not big white goods. In the end I requested a refund (over £500!) which was actioned quickly. I went to Currys and bought a quality Bosch dishwasher for £350! If you have this machine and it breaks, don't bother trying to get it fixed. Just request a refund! -Less stress and less hand dishwashing!
