Review: Despite its hefty price tag this is one of the most annoying toasters I’ve owned. Now the thermostat is dodgy and lots gets burnt unless I constantly check it. There is staining and discolouration to the top. One of the inner baskets has snapped off. Not the quality I expect from dualit and certainly not worth the money
