Review: I bought this due to a failure in my custom water loop (pump failure) so I'm coming from a pretty high end cooling solution already. Mounting was simple enough, and took a few seconds to align the screws. The secondary 140mm didn't fit above my ram (Corsair non-lpx) so I changed the mounting on the fan to the rear, this requires the fan mounting brackets be removed and switched to the other side of the fan. Performance is on a 5950x, idle temps are better than my previous custom system and load temps are better too, Around 5 degrees Celcius lower on either side. Noise is a little higher but that's to be expected but other than that I am very happy with this, plus it looks really nice being all black with no rgb on an MSI meg unify x570 with no RGB either. I was very surprised how well this is doing compared to custom water and it has made me re-evaluate my choices as I was intending this to be a stop gap and now I'm no longer doing that.

Review: I should have tested this within the return period, but I ended up not having an immediate use for it. More fool me. The second fan, as stated above, is ridiculously loud. I don't know if this counts as coil whine, but it's certainly making me whiny ha ha. Now trying it with just the one fan, still emitting an annoying high-pitched continuous screetch, but at least it's bearable. My temps are back to what they were with a stock cooler. £100 badly spent.
