Press the DPI button to set the resolution to any of the 4 levels 600 1000 1600 or 3200 dpi. This means the mouse is ready for use with high-resolution 4k monitors. The installed rechargeable lithium battery can be simply charged with the supplied USB C cable even while you work. The generous capacity of 550 m Ah means that one charge is enough for several weeks of uninterrupted productivity. A two-colour status LED provides the user with information on the battery status the charging status the selected resolution or the connection status. Unlike a conventional mouse the CHERRY MW 8C ERGO can be connected with either the 2.4 G Hz wireless USB receiver or Bluetooth and you can change connection types quickly using a switch on the base of the mouse. This allows e.g. a laptop to be connected via Bluetooth and a PC to be connected via a regular wireless connection and both to be operated with the same mouse. Simply press the switch to switch between the two devices. In both cases the data is transmitted with AES-128 en-cryption and a long range of 10 meters. Review: Ich bin begeisterter Nutzer des Maus-Tastatur-SetsCherry Stream Desktop Recharge . Die Tastatur ist eine Anschaffung fürs Leben und das Schreiben darauf eine Wohltat. Nur die Maus ist sehr klein und flach. Eine Weile habe ich mich damit arrangiert, aber dann habe ich mir doch die MW 8C Ergo gekauft, als das Scrollrad anfing zu springen. Allerdings hatte ich keinen USB-Port an meinem Dell Monitor, der mir gleichzeitig auch als USB-Dock dient, mehr frei. Man kann aber tatsächlich die Maus mit dem bereits vorhandenen Empfänger pairen! Einfach der Anleitung in den FAQ der Cherry-Homepage für die Maus Stream Desktop Recharge folgen! Keine Sorge, die Tastatur funktioniert auch weiterhin an dem Empfänger. Nun habe ich also das (fast) perfekte Set. Die schwarze Maus passt nicht ganz so gut zur weißen Tastatur, aber damit kann ich leben. Perfekt wäre es jedoch, wenn auch in der MW 8C Ergo ein wechselbarer Akku wäre. Das könnte Cherry sich bitte noch auf die Agenda schreiben. In der Maus des Recharge Sets funktioniert das doch auch prima! Ansonsten ist die Maus klasse! Das Scrollrad ist geräuschlos, die Tasten klicken sehr leise. Ich bin mit der Konstellation jetzt sehr glücklich. Zur Laufzeit des Akkus kann ich aktuell noch keine Aussage treffen.

Review: Been using this mouse for a couple weeks. Like all Cherry products it's very solid and I have no doubt it will run for years. Bluetooth connection is solid and feels luxurious in the hand, brushed metal looks great. I have medium sized hands and it fits very nicely. If I'm super critical the scroll wheel feels a little cheap and bumpy and I'd like a little more support for my pinky. But over all a great mouse.
