Review: Great kettle looks perfect in my kitchen, heats water fine, easy to clean, live in a hard water area so need to descale regularly

Review: I'm sure it's a wonderful kettle that hopefully boils water on demand, however, this particular model has a European plug, much to my disappointment. A simple fix you may say and yes, it is, but that's not the point. The point is that it didn't tell me it has a European plug and that I'd require an adapter, or at least a higher physics pass, a set of wire cutters, a sharp knife and a spare plug in order to get it fired up. So on that sad note, I give this kettle 2 stars. Not for the speed, noise level or taste of boiling water that spews forth (as I wouldn't know as I sent it back), but for the lack of the UK plug.
