Review: I thought being Samsung it would be a top product. Cutlery goes into a very narrow tray at the top and needs to be laid down in-between the slots. The bottom department isn't big enough to slot in average size dinner plates therefore you have to lean them over to one side to avoid the spinner catching on them and stopping. I have fathoms the way of getting all the pots in but the rest of the family struggle getting it right. On the plus side it does bring everything up very clean even though I put it on eco 3 1/2 hours it's the only setting I have worked out. Think Samsung should stick to what they do best, producing mobile phones.
