Review: After spending a long time researching machines I picked the Sage Barista Pro. The machine is beautifully made and comes with high quality accessories. I must admit I needed a few hours YouTube research to learn how to use it but after a couple of days but after that never looked back. Top tip set your grind size to 8 and adjust from there as the default 15 is way too course and results in watery coffee. Other top tip is you must run water only through the porta filter each time machine is switched on to prime or heat up the thermajet. Then it’s ready to use. Same for steam wand. I did end up purchasing a dosing attachment for the top of the porta filter to stop coffee grounds spillages and a tamping mat but other then that the machine has everything you need

Review: Good coffee machine but keep in mind this isn't a push button and expect coffee experience, you need to put some effort into setting the grind size and coffee amount. Getting the milk to the right consistency is also a skill, once you have that the experience is really enjoyable. I missed having good coffee during lockdown a d this machine has enabled (woth some effort) for me to have that experience.
