Review: Overall the your blood pressure reading and ECG. This is excellent. But the stethoscope is pointless. It never records anything and is always inconclusive. Even with the latest firmware 841. It still doesn’t record anything. My Apple Watch can do an ECG as can a few other watches. Personally I’d save the money and buy Withings cheaper blood pressure only machine. Save your money if your buying this for all the feature.

Review: I was quite happy with the BPM Core when I bought it. Blood pressure measurement and ECG functionality work really well. Heart sound recording is a bit fiddly but I eventually managed to get a reasonable success rate. I used the device twice a day for about ten months and then ECG recording suddenly stopped working. I contacted Withings support to report the issue. Sadly, they were completely unhelpful. After some back and forth via email and phone all I got was generic advice on how to take readings and a vague statement that the issue was being passed to a "specialist team". This was almost two months ago. I clearly told them on several occasions that everything worked fine for months (literally hundreds of ECG recordings) and then it suddenly stopped working. They are clearly not interested and not willing to let me send the device in for repair. At this point I cannot recommend buying any Withings product if this level of support is to be expected from the company. Totally unacceptable at for a product as expensive as this one.
