Review: There seems to be a huge problem with the arlo software that arlo are trying to ignore. There are hundreds of complaints in the community, on trustpilot and on here about base station going offline Willy nilly and coming back on line for no apparent reason - even with perfect IT conditions. I’d like to understand what Arlo’s plan is to rectify this - or is it simply to go out of business? Since my first review I have been trying to talk to arlo support - even their web support software is full of bugs - I type detailed responses into the form as they requested and it then gives me a spurious error - I really don’t understand how they can operate a business like this?
