Review: The product is a great example of an air fryer. It is fast at cooking (about half to two thirds of the time required in the oven) and easy to clean. It cooks a medium chicken well on the rotisserie (up to 1.3kg rated). It has enough modes with additional options if required e.g. rotisserie basket. The 11l size with space for 3 separate trays is like a mini oven. All elements are easy to clean. The only issue is that the sensitive zone of the start button seems to be slightly below the light up button logo so it takes a little time to get used to but all buttons are touch sensitive and are fairly responsive. Will cook on timer for up to an hour. A light will come on temporarily when the light button is pushed and then switches off after a few minutes. I even cooked a turkey joint and roast vegetable/pigs in blankets in it for Christmas dinner! It tasted great! We're using the cooker at lot less and therefore saving money.

Review: Concern over the hot plasticy burning smell when first used. I contacted Tower's customer service for advice. I got an automated response and a reference number and that's all. I have been unable/unwilling to use my brand new Tower Air Fryer for over a week since i bought it. Another week without an all-clear from Tower Customer service and I may have to return it to Amazon for a refund. Pity as i love the product and it promised to meet all by culinary needs.
