Review: I shall start with the positive *Lightweight to Carry *Reasonably quiet That for me unfortunately is where the positive ends.Of course I may have a faulty unit! Some of the less positive aspects are preference rather than the actual faults. * Pay close attention to the dimensions it’s tiny. The cleaning head is smaller than average anything bigger than a bed sit or static caravan you are going to be at it for a long time. * The metal extension tube is ridiculously short if you are anymore than 5ft you will be stopping to operate it. I’m 6ft 3in useless in the end I had to use it on my knees. *The hose is too short. When you are using it has the irritating habit of putting the front of the cleaner off the floor on the backward stroke. *Flex is 5ft with the result you have to change sockets frequently. Instructions state you can’t use an extension flex.. However the main flaw is this is a lazy knock off of more reliable technology.The whole point of cyclones is to spin the dust from the air. The unit doesn’t do this let’s most of it through into the filter. The attached photo is from 1 use in a 1 bedroom flat. The result was suction dropped off causing the motor to overheat. You will need to wash this filter after every use. The quality control at factory is poor as the wheels on the floor head have squealed from the first use. Main issue seems to be I have to jump through hoops to return. I highly suspect suppliers are aware the product is not if merchandisable quality or fit for purpose. First time in my life I have been expected to take a delivered item to a shop & have a label printed. I have no car. It’s a vacuum cleaner not a jumper am I expected to walk for miles or drag it in the bus?? Result I won’t bother & they have my money & I need to buy another vacuum cleaner. Depends what you are looking for & choice is a personal thing but do bear in mind it’s not the cheapest model you only get one small extra tool. It’s really taking cost cutting to a new level of mean. Please read the description carefully before purchasing as dimensions are there.
