Review: I have had this unit for about a month now and in the first couple of weeks it worked well. Like many have said, it does have a lag and the motion detection can be temperamental sending you continuous notifications of someone moving despite already telling me about a motion detection 20 seconds ago. The main thing I am finding now without any other factors changing in my house is that it goes offline and comes online when it pleases. I have rebooted multiple times as per the toucan recommendations, but it still seems to go offline. The funny thing is that I still receive notifications of motion on my phone, but the camera and the doorbell do not work. Have already missed a number of visitors and parcels as a result. I would steer clear of this product and brand as the support service isn't readily available either. I have contacted them a couple of times only to be told to reset everything in my house, the router, the modem, the access points. I have a mesh network which works perfectly well across the entire house to the front of the drive and the back of the shed. I almost purchased the subscription and I am extremely glad I waited as this feels like a mad dash for money as opposed to truly creating a brand and a product people would love to have in their home.
