Review: Received what looks like a second hand item. I've had many such drives, and they usually come in an antistatic bag and box from the manufacturer, so I cant believe this drive is new. The device did not start up, but what sounds like repeated attempts at spinning up, so I had to return it. I had a bad customer experience from Box Online Technology Store, and to cut a long story short Amazon refunded me in full.
