Review: I specifically bought these highlighters for my daughter to use when studying & highlighting in her text books & I bought a set for myself to use for highlighting passages in my Bibile & Missal, as they are noted as: 'Fast drying ink doesn’t smear or bleed through most papers' - under the 'About this Item' heading on the product page. Bible paper is extremely thin so I thought these would be ideal. (Many reviews stated that they did not bleed through paper as well). That statement should be changed to 'bleeds through most papers'. When the highlighters failed in my daughters text book, my bible & my missal, I tried several other thicknesses of paper & different coloured highlighters from the packet, on the pages of books, leaflets, flyers, magazines etc in the house, & I regret to say that the highlighters bled through the paper in each incidence. These highlighters are significantly more expensive than the regular high street brands, & are definitely not worth the extra expense as they are no better. Save your money & buy the high street brand, or if it is imperative that the highlighter doesn't bleed through the paper, keep searching for that elusive highlighter... I've been recommended to try 'Mr. Pen Bible Gel Highlighters & Bible Pens' which are also available on Amazon - quite expensive at €41.25 for 10 highlighters & 8 pens (I believe the highlighters are available to purchase without the extra 8 Bible pens)... under the 'About this Item' heading the following statement is made about the 'Mr. Pen Bible Gel Highlighters': 'Both Pens And Highlighters Don't Bleed Through Any Paper Including Magazines And Bibles. No Smear, Smooth, Won’t Dry Out If Left Uncapped'... we'll see... fingers crossed!!!
