Review: Have only been using for a couple hours, be seems to work flawlessly. No more mouse lag (like with my displaylink docking station). My laptop (thinkpad e590) has a single usb-c port and no charging port (I must charge through ubs-c). The usb port also supports DisplayPort ("alt" display), but I couldn't use it with a usb-c to displayport cable with my monitor because I could not charge at the same time. This device allows me to do this for cheap (without having to pay 250$ for a usb-c docking station with power delivery).

Review: Within a week I started getting occasional flashes of random noise on my screen. I've tested with multiple laptops (a Dell latitude 7420 and an M1 Macbook Air) and both have this issue. It seems like it works fine for other people, so up to you if you're willing to take the risk.
