Review: I bought this to switch between my macbook (with dock) and desktop PC and it works great! I ordered additional audio jack cables to connect to my monitor with built in speakers but it turned out I didn't need them as display port cable supplies the audio. I had occasional screen flicker but switching one of the display port cables with one that came with my monitor fixed the issue, I'm guessing the other cable i bought for this was of lower quality or faulty.

Review: Need an angle grinder to open the cable cut outs. The cabinet just makes it over the line insofar as quality is concerned especially when you have spent an hour mounting it onto a wall and then decide to start wiring things up. If you look at the picture on this item on Amazon, the sections on the top and the bottom of the enclosures are clearly attached to the cabinet using screws. The cabinet that was shipped to Amazon has these cut outs spot welded to the cabinet. I have tried a tap with the back of a screw driver but the the welds are rather robust and will need grinding before any of these cut outs can be removed. I was not expecting to have to carry out mechanical rework on this cabinet in order to install cables. An additional comment is that for the bonding to earth of this cabinet you will require a minimum of four bonding nuts, two of which are supplied which makes the missing two copper nuts a small inconvenience. [Main body (1), Back section that attaches to the wall (1), Left Panel (1), Right Panel (1)] The manufacturer has had the foresight to weld on earthing lugs to each panel and to also protect from over spray with a plastic cap, it's just a slight shame that they missed the addition of the extra two copper nuts and washers. Finally if you are the sort of person that uses a spirit level when you screw things to a wall then you will notice that the hinge on the back panel does not align correctly. Now I am in two minds about sending this back or getting an angle grinder out.
