Review: Something amazing just happen with this unit. I bought three in august. One had a failed ethernet port last week (november). I contacted the technical support, made a few test and we had an agreement, this unit failed. I filled an RMA reclamation and a few hours later, I receive an email which told me I can keep the failed unit (so, no shipping cost for me) and they sending me a new unit already. Startech, you just got a regular customer. EDIT: ethernet ports had failed for the three units we bought. Even for the replacement. I don't trust those adapters anymore.
