Review: I have 50/50 carpet and hard floor. After a lot of research and dithering I purchased this item and was extremely excited by its arrival. However, I do think Samsung you should make it clear that the soft brush you recommend for hard floors is not included. You talk about it in your marketing and the User Guide that comes inside with the cleaner pictures the brush as an accessory but it not actually in the box. Also, why on earth do Samsung not deliver to SE London
