Review: The quality of the sound recording wasn’t amazing but we decided to keep it, however it quickly gained a fault. Samson customer service has been terrible. They stop replying to messages & do not keep to the warranty. I am currently having to constantly recontact them afresh to try and get answers. Amazon have been unable to help. Sound quality is negotiable but the customer service & quality of the product make it only a 1star.
