Review: I had a Nespresso latisisma for a few years and then a creatista plus machine for the last 3, I recently sent it off for repair and missed it so much bought the creatista pro, I thought it wouldn’t be that much better just touch screen rather than using the button to select but I was so wrong. The pro is easy to use and set your own preferences, the machines pours the coffee and heats the milk at the same time, the steam wand makes perfect hot smooth frothy milk making a latte even tastier, when the machine has finished it clears the wand much more thoroughly than the plus and you are to complete a steam wand clean every day and oh boy does it clean the wand, it does a steam purge that takes a few minutes of constant steam which means less hassle to clean it. In summary the pro is very nice makes excellent coffee, as good as Costa or alike and I am very happy to own one and would highly recommend to any coffee lover.

Review: This machine was just under £400. At that price I was expecting a machine with instructions. I thought this was an easy fix and these could be posted or emailed to myself. Apparently the customer service person at idoodirect thought this was an added extra. my only recourse was to return for a refund, with the palaver this process involve My second machine(different supplier) has arrived with pods and instructions and I am happy with my coffee machine.
