Review: Good quality headset, sounds great. The RGB lighting works very well if you’re into that but is easy to turn off if like me you prefer something a little more understated. Rarely use the mic so can’t really comment on that. The battery life is excellent.

Review: Edit 3: FINAL EDIT: Ended up sending them back and getting them replaced in early April and they have been working fine for the past 4 months, very good pair of headphones easy to perceive where the sounds in games are coming from, up until last night, August 2nd at around 11pm, when I turned my head and heard the same rattling sound the pair I sent back made. Used them today and the rattling is there again, it is not awfully bad yet but it is there. Do not buy these headphones. Will be seeing if I can get a refund for this. Edit 2: I contacted support, and they said it does not appear to be damage, maybe just how it catches the light it looks that way, will be keeping an eye on that part of the earcup to make sure it is just how the plastic was made and not a crack. Edit: it appears there is a crack on the right ear holder, I have been extremely careful with them as I was worried about the swivels. Can not recommend these for the price they are if there is already a crack after 2 months of use. Contacting support and hopefully it is just defective and it can be replaced or fixed. I got these in October, the sound is great once you get it tuned in the Razer app on Xbox, I have 3 profiles I swap between often depending on the game I want to play. You can easily pinpoint where a sound is coming from in an FPS without needing to do a full turnaround, in Witcher 3 I had issues with the Geralt's voice clipping until I turned the mids and highs down. The sound can become distorted no matter what you are using them for, if used for long enough, around 3 hours, turning off and on will fix it. Bluetooth is great works as intended but I find myself only using it if I am wanting to listen to something on computer or am waiting on a phone call, it drains the battery very quickly with it on. The battery lasts long, I would say it lasts more than 24 hours if only using it connected to the Xbox with the RGB off, can often go 3 to 4 days without charging it and even then it is still around 30%. Microphone is fine, not bad not special, exactly what I would expect for the price. Build quality, the plastic doesn't feel cheap, it feels safe on my head, my ears don't sweat, but each ear has 3 swivels and wearing it I often get a sort of rattle in the right ear, and it will go away when I take it off and turn it's swivel and then put it back on, so I assume it is something to do with the swivel. The swivels also make me question the longevity of the headset, feel if I were to drop it a little or put it down too hard while charging or to rest, the swivels could pop out. Also one other thing to note if you have a longer head or long, thick hair, the ear cups seem to only descend 8cm if the numbers on the aluminium are cm, it could be a very tight fit and quite uncomfortable. If you can get them for under £100 which I did, they are definitely easy to recommend for that price, £150 is pushing it though. There are also the standard Razer Kaira's at around £100, they are just missing the bluetooth, RGB and have a worse battery life, if you feel you don't need bluetooth they are better suited for you and for cheaper. CHEERS.
