Review: Stylish kettle. Can fill it up via spout, no need to take lid off. Boils quickly. Slightly heavy but robust. Pleased with it.

Review: Really disappointed. Had much higher expectations for such a good name. Have had this kettle 3 months and the paint it coming off around the top. The lid is so hard to get on and off.. and its made of metal so gets really hot. I'm am able person but I have to wrap a tea towel around the lid to get a good enough grip to open it... esp when it's red hot.. like when you want to descale and have just boiled the kettle. I live in a hard water area and descale every month.. but the design of the kettle means that limescale sits in the crack of the outside of the kettle and it looks unsightly. The water fill window is scaled up and I can't even read it.. despite my continuous descaling with oust. It's also extremely noisy. Cracking away and sounding more like washing machine than a kettle. I'm really annoyed I wasted my money on this.
