Review: I've been looking to buy a hot and cool fan ever since I saw the Dyson one.after an extensive research and comparing prices with some other seller, this won because of two things for me; 1. It offer a cool design and it's definitely an eye catcher when you enter the room. 2. This won because you could connect to your blue tooth and could steer it from you phone. Upon receiving the product I immediately went to install the home app and prepare the item to switched on. The remote that comes in the packages do not come with battery. It took me a good few minutes to actually turn it on as I didn't realized there was a safety switch in the base which is not clearly indicated in manual. Don't be fooled by the circular led touchscreen button as that is not the power switch. After the commotion of power it on, I tried to follow the instruction on to set it up on bluetooth. The product you have is a dual hot and cooling fan tower, however on the app installation this only comes up ad heater, agan it took me a while to actually connect it to blue tooth. The following day when I wanted to turn it on with my phone the connectivity was broken. Once the connectivity is broken you would need to reset the bluetooth, and from experience, it's the most painful thing with this device. To reset the system you would need to hold the circular led touchscreen button for x amount of second and it would reset. However this was impossible to achieve in a single try, I had to do it few times before system recognized what it was suppose to do. Managed to re-connect it again to blue tooth and later that day I went out and come back I. The evening. And the connectivity was broken again. Did the same steps as I did and before I went to bed I managed to connect it again. However the next day same thing happeneds. I tried to trouble shoot it via the app and on the app you can find various articles regarding the product and majority of the common issue with connectivity. I checked everything from wifi connection, the distance between the route, checked what settings I have on my phone to making checking the wifi frequency and signal strenght. I purchased the phone based on the one single function that no other fan was offering. It is a sleek and throughout design, however, the app or the blue tooth function I think is not fully developed. It's also noise which I didn't expect so in the end it was ; Sleek and cool design with pragmatic function ends up disappointing. I couldn't be bother anymore with trying to figure out what was the issue and I returned it. **** apologise didbt take any photo while I had the product for 4 days.
