Review: Ich habe den Artikel gestern erhalten und alles angeschlossen und das Headset über Nacht aufgeladen. Leider funktioniert das Teil nicht wie gewünscht. Am Headset kann ich kein Gespräch annehmen oder beenden. Trotz Installation des APS-11 zwischen der Headset "Basisstation" und dem Auerswald Comforttelefon 2500. Das Gerät ist somit nicht nur eingeschränkt brauchbar da ich mich nicht so weit vom Telefon entfernen kann wie ich es gerne möchte. Es liegt keine Installationsanleitung für das APS-11 bei, somit kann ich nicht nachvollziehen ob alles wirklich korrekt angeschlossen und bedient wird. Obwohl es hier kaum was falsch zu machen gibt... Somit im Moment nur 3 Sterne (immerhin kann ich damit kabellos telefonieren und die Audio-Qualität der Gespräche und die Verarbeitungsqualität ist okay.) Update: mit den richtigen Einstellungen am Telefon funktioniert es jetzt. In den Einstellungen des Telefons finden sich die "Headset-Typ"- Einstellungen. Hier "DHSG-Headset" auswählen. Und damit lassen sich Gespräche am Headset direkt annehmen oder beenden. --> 5 Sterne!! Update 22.05.2020 Das Headset funktioniert weiterhin einwandfrei. Alles funktioniert nach wie vor Bestens. WICHTIG: das Headset selbst nicht daueraufladen sondern nur so lange in der Ladestation lassen, bis es vollständig aufgeladen ist. Dies durch die rechte grüne LED angezeigt. So lange diese blinkt, wird aufgeladen. Mir reicht eine Aufladung am Morgen den ganzen Tag. Ansonsten meldet sich das Headset während des Gesprächs wenn der Akku leer wird. Dann bitte umgehend aufladen sonst geht evtl. das Gespräch verloren.

Review: Erstes mal bestellt ... kein Kopfbügel dabei ... zurückgeschickt. Nachbestellt ... wieder kein Kopfbügel dabei ... geht auch zurück. Liebes Amazaon Team, wenn bei dem Artikel in der Produktbeschreibung deutlich sichtbar für alle Kunden ein Kopfbügel gezeigt wird, sollte dieser auch standardmäßig mitgeliefert werden. Falls dieser nicht mehr verfügbar ist, müsst Ihr Eure Produktbeschreibung überarbeiten und auch das Bild mit dem Kopfbügel entfernen. Das Produkt ist aktuell nicht das, welches hier abgebildet wird, bzw. es fehlt ein wichtiges Zubehörteil.
