Review: My mother is 82 and deaf and when she is on her own, uses the volume on the telly rather than the batteries in her hearing aids to hear. To the average person, this makes your ears bleed its so loud. Needless to say she wore the audio on her TV in under 2 years and rather than buy a new telly for her to do the same, i decided to invest in a sound bar - the price was incredible for what we got and would do this again and again if I had to. She's had this 3 months so far and it is working great. We've managed to patch the sound bar into the remote she uses so she's had no new zapper to learn - though she knows she has one. We did have to buy a new cable for it which we didn't anticipate (it wasn't HDMI it was something else that escapes me just now - but I picked one up in a local small Asda) I did use an installation video on you tube to connect it up properly - and was specifically for the brand of telly rather than the sound bar (that bit was fiddly) All in all could not be happier with this purchase.

Review: Well it makes noises, but whether or not you can hear them is up for debate. This thing is so quiet it took me by surprise, you'd expect something that is purely designed for sound would be better but stick to your TV or whatever device's in-built speaker's, it'll sound better trust me!
