Review: The Hue system, although pricey, is quite brilliant and this bulb installed in a table lamp means I never have to think of using plug-in timers again - the Hue system is massively flexible. I simply set it to come on at sunset (or a variation thereof) and off at a fixed time. The white ambiance allows me to choose a massive range of "white" shades from cool to very warm, making it ideal. Bright enough for a table lamp, but you'd need more than one bulb to light an average sized room. The filament look is also much more attractive than a bog standard bulb.
