Description: 21 programs Make your own favourite bread, cakes and more with the Panasonic SD-B2510WXC Breadmaker. Its 21 automatic programs will do all the work for you, from mixing the dough through to rising and baking. You only need to add bread mixture and water, or you can use your own recipes and tweak each ingredient. The SD-B2510WXC has a horizontal design with flush lid that takes up minimal space in your kitchen. It's scratchproof and stain-free thanks to the diamond particles on the bread pan and blade. Bake a perfect loaf Bake bread in 3 different loaf sizes and select how dark you like your crust. If you prefer your bread freshly baked when you wake up, simply add the ingredients and set the timer. The delay timer can start the process up to 13 hours later. The 2 temperature sensors adjust the time of fermentation, so the dough rises and rests consistently. Gluten-free programs Make gluten-free bread, cake, pasta or pizza dough thanks to the gluten-free programs. The SD-B2510WXC can knead a wide range of gluten-free flours and easily mix even hard-to-blend ingredients. It's ideal for people who can't eat gluten or want to eat it less. Plus, with the Jam & Compote Mode you can easily make your homemade jams. Panasonic PANASONIC SD-B2510WXC Breadmaker - White - shop the best deal online on appliances4.me

Review: This is my first Panasonic bread maker, having used one from a different brand before. The quality of this machine is very high, the baking pan is much heavier and sturdier than my previous machine and that gives me confidence that this is an appliance that won't break after a few uses! The basic model has plenty of different programmes and best of all the kneading blade never sticks inside of the loaf when you take the bread out! It's very quiet when in use except for the beeps but that is a small niggle. Very glad I spent a bit more and bought a Panasonic this time!

Review: A perfectly good machine, with satisfactory build quality, but for me there's a distinct disadvantage. The dough program has a delay of 30 minutes while the machine remains completely inactive. And the delay can't be over-ridden. What on earth is the point? It increases the time to get risen dough to 2.5 hours. And that's too long for my purposes.
