Review: The machine itself is very good with excellent cleaning power. The one thing that lets the machine down majorly is the cheap and nasty floor nozzle that they supply it with. It’s absolutely dreadful, it skips across the carpet on the forward pass the front raises up on the joint and you have to slam it back down with your foot to engage it with the carpet. I’ve had to order a replacement nozzle; one with a metal base plate to see if that makes any difference.
