Review: The product, so far, is ok but my biggest grumbles involve the packaging and the delivery. On the day of delivery I was unfortunately out for the most of the day, I checked the tracking whilst I was out and saw that the delivery was reported as completed and handed to resident (I presumed that my next door neighbour had taken it in. In the afternoon, the next day, I went out of my front door to find that the parcel leaning against my front door (In very wet weather! Fortunately without damage to the interior) , I checked the tracking today and found that the wording had been changed and no longer mentioned that the item had been handed over... My second grumble is about the packaging. When I opened the the parcel I found that the parcel was twice as big as the contents and as there was no packing to fill the void within the contents was able to slide about. The item measured 5 x 9 x 2.75 ins. and the packaging (internal dimensions) measured 9.75 x 12 x 2.75 ins. I await you comments.
