Review: It's a bit early to put up a review, really, however I can always update later. I really love this. I am a book cover designer and sit at a desk with my pc and tablet for some considerably hours each day, and the reason I wanted this piece of kit, is so that I can sit on the sofa, or in bed, comfortably and still work. I had considered getting a Wacom Studio, which works independently of a pc, but it was more expensive and it doesn't do anything else. This however is a laptop and a tablet so i can draw, paint, download stock, basically everything my pc can do on the comfort of my sofa. I've had no glitches, yet. lmao...but I promise you, if i get so much as a twinge, I'll be back here cause this wasn't cheap. I expect it to last for some time.

Review: I ordered this laptop for an employee to be delivered on 6/26. My company is based in the US and the employee is based in the UK. The package arrived at the employee's house and upon opening, the box was empty. The employee noted that the shipping label weight did not equal that of the actual package--so clearly the laptop was removed during delivery. I immediately contacted Amazon support and they said they would investigate and reimburse me. Within approximately 5 minutes I received a response that the investigation was completed and that the basics were verified including the weight of the package, etc. Obviously this is not true as the weight of the package was far lighter than the actual shipping label. I have spent over a week with Amazon support trying to resolve this. After each conversation with a support person, I am told that it will be resolved 'soon' and that I will be reimbursed. But I continue to get automated responses stating the investigation is completed (even when it's not physically possible for the investigation to occur due to how quickly they close the case) resulting with me not receiving a reimbursement or a replacement. At the end of last week, I had a conversation with support and they apologized this had taken so long and that a reimbursement would be made before the end of the weekend. After not seeing the reimbursement (again) I contacted support today. I am now being told that the only option is for me to file a police report in the UK (from the US) and when I am done managing the police incident, to followup with Amazon with the results. So despite the fact that the item was clearly stolen somewhere between the time of the shipping label being printed and the time the package was handed off to my employee, somehow this is my responsibility to research and investigate now. At this point, over the past week I have easily spent a dozen hours dealing with Amazon support over something that quite honestly is very simple. Amazon delivered an empty box. The delivery of the extremely light box was caught on camera as my employee verified the security code. All evidence points to the device being stolen while in the possession of Amazon employees and/or contractors. I have been doing business with Amazon for over 20 years. Collectively between my own purchases and the purchases of the companies I have worked with over the past 20 years, we have easily spent many millions of dollars. I am completely shocked at how this is being handled right now. I could go into the multiple conversations I've had (between a manager hanging up on me when I asked for assistance because the staff's hands were tied and the fact that several of the support staff have literally lied when they told me the reimbursement was 'in process'). What I am learning here is that Amazon does not have the ability to back or support the sale of high ticket items. They make these incidents the responsibility of the customer and wash their hands of it. I had intentions of bringing all of my UK business to Amazon to provide supplies and equipment to the growing staff. With this kind of customer service I can't see how this would be feasible at this time.
