Review: At first I couldn't get it to change the pin numbers. I phoned the company and they were great. The problem was I wasn't holding down the keys long enough. Once I knew to hold the keys down until the lights started flashing I was away and it has since performed flawlessly.

Review: Overpriced for the storage capacity, but a compulsory purchase for data security reasons. Once enabled if you don't regularly access it it disables itself - which Windows sees as unplugging without ejecting, so next time you plug it in it is reported as defective and offers to fix it. I have let it do that a couple of times, but it takes so long (and you can't sensibly access it while this is going on) that I now don't bother.
