Review: Purchased this fan and it arrived with a defect - rattling noise when on and power would intermittently cut out. Returned the following day and the seller ignored my messages enquiring about status of refund. Asked Amazon to message them on my behalf and they ignored that too. Today I’ve had to file an a-z claim to get my money back. Edit: Amazon have granted my claim and issued me a refund. AVOID THIS SELLER UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE!
