Review: Amazing washer quick and easy to use, quick wash in 14mins everything comes out so clean. Even has wi fi app on front that i didnt know it had. I havent tried all settings yet but im beyond pleased with it.

Review: What an absolute nightmare. I can’t believe how long it takes to do anything. For example to wash one small bath towel without the drying option on hygiene 60 (I used to wash my towels on 90 but it won’t set to that) it takes 1hr 41m for one towel! Then it takes 3hr 50mins to dry! If I add any more towels it takes over five hours just to wash them. This machine is the worst investment I have ever made. I cannot see how this can be convenient for a family. Most set programs can’t take more than a few Kg of weight so having a large drum is completely pointless some loads are only 1.5kg max and some of the programs take over 7hours which is completely insane! I’m on an electric meter and it just eats electric. I will never buy one again. I would say to anyone looking to invest in one of these don’t be taken in by it’s app and smart features like I was it may sound cool but the machines functions are completely impractical for anyone wanting to do a lot of laundry on a daily basis. I wish I had looked into it more but sadly I didn’t and now I am now stuck with it. UPDATE March 2022 Just as I thought it couldn’t get any worse. The app gave up just before Christmas and no matter what I do it won’t function. I uninstalled but the data refused to download this was followed by error messages. I cancelled my account completely so I could start again and it still tells me I have another account. My combi dryer is now ornamental as it now only runs a few basic programs.
