Review: Downstairs I have hard floors, so I use mine mostly for bedroom carpets and the stairs. Find it ideal for that as very light, and the powered brush head does a good job of keeping carpets clean and dust free where it's most likely to affect my allergies. A longer flex would have been useful, but it winds into the body for storage, so I guess that limits it. Rigid part of the hose extends long enough to stand comfortably upright when cleaning carpets and reaches cobwebby corners in most rooms but might struggle with taller ceilings.
