Review: We bought this a year ago and it’s never worked. The fan system to cool down the oven is poor, thus meaning you cannot have both ovens on at the same time without it switching off within 10 minutes. It the. Takes 5 minutes to cool down, and then the process starts all over again. We have to use one oven at a time, and the top oven’s element is not burnt out, and the bottom oven, again, switches the whole oven off within 10 minutes. I contacted Hoover, which offered me a ‘great deal’ of replacing the element (£50) plus £150 for a hoover rep to come and look at it, even though it was under warranty. It was 100% a computer says no conversation…… All in all, it is the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. Not to mention, a whole year of cold food and frustration that something is so utterly rubbish. Don’t buy this, it’s hugely disappointing. Just don’t do it.
