Review: I like using it, especially on the cold setting. This is the second device I’ve had as the first one was faulty. I wasn’t sure about replacing it just in case the problem was in all the devices. That said, this one seems to be much better. I like the heat setting, but I do prefer the cold setting. However, the cold setting could be much colder than 16 degrees, which would make it even more comforting. Are use the device mainly for puffiness and swelling, and with my eyes feel itchy. It’s very comforting. I’m not sure the device is worth its RRP. I paid 60, and the following day it went down to 52 but then the next day it went back up to the RRP. At £60 I’m relatively happy would’ve loved to have gotten it for £52, and maybe I should’ve returned the faulty one instead of getting a replacement. But I really don’t think I’d of ever paid the full price for it, not sure it’s worth it.

Review: I have to admit that it did leave my face feeling nice but don't expect any dramatic effects. It was refreshing on cold mode for my under eye area. It changes temperature very quickly from hot to cold. There are 3 modes. 1. Cold 2. Hot 3. Hot & Cold combination. You cannot accidentally leave it on the same area too long as it beeps when you need to move it to another area of your face. It comes with a USB charging cable. (No plug) Also a pouch to store it in. To keep it clean do not immerse in water! A clean, soft damp cloth is recommended. It takes 3 hours to get a full charge and that's for 80 minutes of operating time. You can use serums and face creams before using it and the heat mode is supposed to boost the effects.
