Review: Bought this to replace a chest freezer and was a bit dubious that it would hold similar amounts of food. I was pleasantly surprised to find it not only took everything out of my chest freezer but I was still left with an empty shelf. Has 2 large drawers that hold loads and 2 smaller drawers as well as 2 shelves. Runs quiet and definitely good value for the price and stays frost free. Compared to my chest freezer it is also cheaper to run

Review: Purchased in Oct, by Jan it had stopped working properly, would only reach -10 degrees, should be -18. Contacted Haier who said they would be in touch but were very busy, they never contacted me at all. Chased them up in July as it had stopped working completely. They sent an engineer who said it was unrepairable and they would be in touch to replace it. Got an e-mail to say - not repairable, contact Amazon. Amazon said the model was no longer available (even though they sell something very similar for the same price) so they arranged a collection and said a refund would be made once it was collected. Booked a Sat collection. 1 driver turned up in a van with no tail lift and told me he couldn't take the freezer as he had no room in the truck and was on his own. He moved the freezer outside and rearranged on the phone for a Monday collection. Waited in all day in case they needed me but guess what they never arrived. Called them to be told it had been marked as collected on their system. Had to rearrange for another day. Freezer is still on my driveway waiting for collection. I have no freezer, no refund & had to throw away a freezer full of food. All in all, pretty bad service !!
