Review: I purchased this phone because my old one was cutting people off and making ring tones in the middle of calls. It took my daughter and son-in-law three hours to set up. This new phone was supposed to get rid of all those difficulties but I hav3e been unable tyo set it up at all. I jhave been able to input only one frequently called number. It rings in the middle of the night, midnight and later but calls it an alarm call - what alarm- I have set none to my knowledge. If you have shaky hands it is extremely difficult to set up and I do not understand the messages it gives on how to do this. I have recorded an answer for the machine but it cuts people off instead of taking their messages. Most calls are cut off when I answer them but it does not record who has called. I am feel I should throw this phone away as an extremely bad choice. The sound has such a bad echo I have trouble hearing the occasional caller who manages to get though without being cut off. I have asked everyone to use my mobile number so at least they get to speak to me. C omplete waste of money - if you are elderly DO NOT BUY!
