Review: Needed a new front door outside light, previously had a more traditional lantern but wanted something more modern to match the house. I also wanted to add some additional security and got this in one, great looking light and camera. Would highly recommend.

Review: Sounded like a great idea for my front door security. But the poor quality of manufacture of this product would make it totally useless in its job. I have had three of these now, each having faults. The first, the light would not go out, just stayed on full 24 hours a day. The second worked for a couple of months and then filled with water, the third which I have now, has the light problem again, this time on low light 24 hours a day. I have been in contact with Ezviz support several times and they simply do not know their own product OR don't care to help. They just keep referring back to retailer - why would Amazon know their product better than they would ???? Dreadful company to deal with, very poor quality product - avoid at all costs and find something else to buy.
